    本機(jī)主要用于酒類(lèi)、醬油的灌裝作業(yè)。本機(jī)將沖洗、灌裝、旋蓋三功能合在一個(gè)機(jī)體上，全過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化， 適用于聚酯瓶、塑料瓶灌裝果汁、礦泉水、純凈水，加上溫控裝置還可以進(jìn)行熱灌裝。各部分的適用瓶型調(diào)整采用手柄轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)，輕松自如，簡(jiǎn)便快捷。灌裝方式采用了新型的微壓灌裝，使灌裝速度更快更穩(wěn)定，所以與同規(guī)格的機(jī)器相比本機(jī)的產(chǎn)量更高，效益更大。本機(jī)采用了的OMRON可編程控制器（PLC）控制機(jī)器的自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，進(jìn)瓶鏈道采用變頻器調(diào)整，與主機(jī)變頻器相互配合使進(jìn)瓶運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定可靠。 光電檢測(cè)各部件的運(yùn)行狀況，所以自動(dòng)化程度高，操作簡(jiǎn)便。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本機(jī)變更灌裝部分，可以形成低真空灌裝方式。低真空灌裝方式（Z型機(jī)），適用于玻璃瓶，灌裝酒類(lèi)、醬油等物料，其封口方式可以選配鋁金屬防盜蓋和塑料蓋。是飲料生產(chǎn)廠家理想的首先設(shè)備。 

    The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of
bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process
is automatic. The machine of isotonic filling methods（D type） is used in filling juices,
mineral water and purified water in bottles made of polyester and plastics. The handle
of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill
various types of bottles. The filling operation is faster and more stable because
the new isotonic pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted. Three the
output and benefit of the machine is higher than the machines of the same
specifications. The advanced OMRON programmed controller（PLC） is adopted to control
the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle-entering
chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to
make the operation of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably. It is convenient
to operate with higher automation because every part of the machine is inspected to
run with photo electncity. The machine is an idea-preferred equipment for beverage
makers.
